Exodus 16:13-29
1. How did the Israelites despise God's instructions for manna?
They disobeyed God's instruction that the bread should not be left overnight till next day, thus it stinked with worms the next day. However, when God told them that the extra manna from the sixth day is to be kept for the sabbath day, the Israelites insisted to gathered food while they should be resting. And on the sabbath day, the bread did not stink with worms.

2. What is spiritual food and drink?
Jesus says "Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God" when being tempted by Satan to sin.
The spiritual food and drink comes from Christ and His Word.
